Job Responsibilities
Independent contractors will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality customer service while representing client brands. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Actively listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, satisfactory resolutions
De-escalate dissatisfied customer situations using positive positioning, empathy, and non-judgmental communication
Maintain a calm, pleasant tone while guiding conversations toward positive outcomes
Navigate client systems, websites, products, and services to assist customers effectively
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers step-by-step as needed
Personalize each interaction by acknowledging the reason for the call and engaging the customer by name when appropriate
Ask discovery questions to identify the root cause of customer inquiries
Use available resources accurately to determine the best solution
Resolve objections in a positive, solution-focused manner
Work collaboratively with other customer service professionals when needed to achieve one-call resolution
Promote the value of products and services when appropriate
Create effortless customer experiences focused on first-call resolution
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Show appreciation to customers and reinforce a positive brand experience

Is this a work-from-home position?
Yes. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity.
Am I an employee or an independent contractor?
All agents are engaged as independent contractors.
Is training provided?
Yes. Paid training is provided. Training sessions are available during the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Is training attendance required?
Yes. 100% attendance during training is mandatory. Missing any portion of training may result in removal from the training class.
How long are training classes?
Training classes are either 4 or 6 hours per day, held Monday through Friday. There are no weekend classes, and most major holidays are observed.
Is training conducted virtually?
Yes. Training is conducted 100% virtually.
Is homework required during training?
Yes. Homework assignments are mandatory and must be completed in order to successfully pass training.
Will I be required to be on camera during training?
Yes. Agents must be on camera during class when instructed by the trainer. The instructor will advise when it is acceptable to be off camera.
Is there a background check or drug testing?
Yes. Background checks and drug testing are required for participation.
Can I choose my own schedule?
Yes. After training is completed, agents can select their own work schedules.
Is there a minimum number of hours I must work?
Yes. Agents must commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week. There is no maximum number of hours, subject to client availability.
What internet connection is required?
A hard-wired internet connection is required. Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited. Applicants must meet all technical requirements listed above.
Can I choose which client I work for?
Yes. Agents may select from available client programs based on availability and preferences.
Is there a commute?
No. This is a fully remote position.
